Well the 2008-2009 school year is almost at a end. I'm sure the kids are counting down the days by now. I wanted to give a update on the month of May.

May 1- Back Packs go out
May 4- Truancy Board 1:00
May 5,6,7- Parenting Classes 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
May 8- Back Packs go out
May 10- Mothers Day
May 14- School Board Meeting 7:00 Board of Education
May 15- Back Packs go out
May 19- Advisory Council Meeting 12:00
May 20- Principals Meeting @ 8:30
May 22- Last day of School
May 25- Memorial Day

Please look at each School's site to see graduation date and times. Also, please be sure to Save the Date of July 25, for the Back to School Bash. The event will be in Madisonville (location still being determined) from 10-2:00. Free Back Packs with school supplies, EPSDT's, Voucher for Free hair cut, Free Food, Door Prizes/Give Aways, Fun Activites, and many more. Kindergarten Registration was a Success!

Another Kindergarten Registration has come and gone. We will have close to 400 new students in our schools next school year. I would like to take the time to thank these following agencies: Monroe County Dental Clinic, Flav-O-Rich, Volunteer Federal Bank, Advocate and Democrat, Character Education Class, and School Staff.
